Series | BACK SEAT OF POLICE CAR

After collecting screen-captured images of perps in the back seat of police cars taken from YouTube videos, I began working on a series of small drawings on black paper. I became fascinated by these drunk, malcontent, and unhappy offenders of various crimes, handcuffed in the back of a police cruiser. None are pleased about it because they’re all going to jail. I love the drama of it all, captured on paper and without much sympathy for their plight as they all seem to have gotten what they deserved.
